Booking policies

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and include a 10% service charge and 7% VAT unless stated otherwise.

Children under 12 stay free when sharing existing bedding with two adults; extra beds are subject to availability and charged per night.

Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked and are shown before you confirm. Sample policy text for review by hotel management.

  • Best Available Rate

    Flexible rate including breakfast for two, daily afternoon tea and access to the wellness pavilion.

    Cancellation. Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, or no-shows, are charged the first night. Festive-season stays may carry different terms, shown at the time of booking.

    Payment. No payment is required now. Your reservation is guaranteed and the balance is settled at the hotel at check-out. Rates include a 10% service charge and 7% VAT.

  • Advance Purchase — 15% off

    Book 21 days ahead and save 15%. Non-refundable.

    Cancellation. Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable and non-changeable once booked.

    Payment. Full payment is taken at the time of booking via secure online checkout. Rates include a 10% service charge and 7% VAT.

Terms & conditions

By making a reservation you agree to the booking policies, the cancellation terms of the selected rate, and the hotel's house rules. Guests must be 18 or over to make a reservation. Sample terms for review by hotel management.
